At Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, GPD was tasked with converting a Taco Bell into a Qdoba restauran and with upgrading a Burger King location. GPD services included site inspection reports, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Close collaboration with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) at each project stage ensured that designs and upgrades met stakeholder standards.  

Meanwhile at Fort Stewart Army Base in Georgia, GPD was asked to update and reconfigure the layout of an existing 144,374–square-foot shopping center, food court and exchange. This modernization effort achieved AAFES design standards and accommodates the wants and needs of the store management, operations and facilities teams. GPD further evaluated building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, to help Fort Stewart ensure a smooth transition while laying groundwork for future upgrades.
