In Cortland, Ohio, a new 132,000-square-foot, two-story PK-8 school serves over 1,100 students in a future-ready learning environment. GPD helped the district overcome inherent challenges throughout the successful self-swing project by helping the existing school site remain fully operational throughout construction.  

GPD’s design provides students and faculty with a welcoming, state-of-the-art learning environment. The building interior is arranged in learning communities with a central learning common area. It also features mobile furniture and technologies that provide flexibility for different learning styles. Operable sliding partitions between classrooms enable an environment that is easily configurable and adaptable for any learning application.
